How long does it typically take for HCMC to send packet 3? The case was received in HCMC on the 13th of June and CEAC status is "Ready"

My fiance and I were planning to complete the DS-160 as many others have done before receiving the packet, but per the instructions from the response of an inquiry states that the beneficiary does not complete the DS-160 until getting the packet.

"We have received the electronic file for this case and expect to send out the Instruction Package Letter (PKT3 - K) in a couple of weeks.  The beneficiary must immediately submit an inquiry at: https://vn.usembassy.gov/ivcontactproviding her most updated mailing address and phone number(s).  The Instruction Package Letter (PKT3 - K) will be sent to the mailing address she provides.  After receiving the Instruction Package Letter (PKT3 - K), the beneficiary may submit an inquiry at: https://vn.usembassy.gov/ivcontact if any information needs to be corrected or if she would like to add a derivative to her case.

The beneficiary DOES NOT complete her DS-160, pay the K1 visa fee, or schedule an appointment until she has received the Instruction Package Letter (PKT3 - K) and followed all the required steps listed in it.  Failure to do so may delay her visa processing."

Did you get the PKT3? Once you get it you need to complete the DS-160 then send in the confirmation page, plus 2 full face color photos for each applicant to U.S Consulate in HCM.  Wait for 5 days then schedule the interview, you need the interview confirmation page to schedule Medical Examination. Also don't forget to schedule the Vaccinations. Good luck.
