in part 4 of the application it is asking for information about the us citizen but in part 5 it is asking the children information. My wife did have kids from a previous relationship but we did n't have kids during this relationship. should we leave part 5 empty ? or should fill out information about her kids (my step kids) even tho they were not the result of this marriage ?

At the beginning of part 5 it says to provide information on ALL of your (the petitioner’s) children, so not just children from the current marriage if any.

I’m the petitioner (the conditional PR) correct?! If so, i want to say that I don’t have kids in a previous marriage or kids in this marriage. It’s only my wife (usc) that have kids. So should we include her kids from her previous marriage in part 5?!

I believe if you have adopted the kids and there's legal documentation proving such, you can list them there.

I agree, unless you adopted them, then you would not list them.

no i didn't adopt them they are just my step kids

Then I do not believe that you have to list your spouse's kids on there. Just YOUR kids (if any).
