Few days ago I have applied for EAD Expedite Request for my AOS.

I got an email to fax my evidence yesterday.

I collected all my evidence and sent to the fax number.

 

Can anyone help me for the next steps and their experiences in EAD Expedite Requests ?

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1

Hey, while you are anxiously waiting, :time:It is currently vacant. It helps everyone that receives assistance from the forum. Additionally, it helps give the VJ stats meaning.

 

Just sit back, relax, and wait for them to contact you with their decision about your expedite request. Though I have to tell you, what with the current deluge of expedite requests, it wouldn't surprise me if that process is already, or going to be overloaded with requests, resulting in long wait times, like everything else associated with USCIS processing. ;)

 

Keep an eye out in the forums, there are a myriad of expedite requests. I am sure that some happy folks will post with their good fortune, and others with also post with their misfortune.

I have tried 7 times today to send my information via fax. 4 times on an app and then ups tried 3 times and everytime it failed.

did anyone else have any issues. the number was 816 251 2290.

any help would be appreciated.
