AIT interview letter from consulate in Taipei, Taiwan

Hello guys,

My interview consulate is in Taipei, Taiwan.

I just received the interview letter from NVC on 6/17/19, anyone know when I can expect to receive the second interview letter (in Chinese) from AIT?
Also, can I go ahead and schedule for medical examination even though I haven’t receive the second letter from AIT?

I'm not sure what you mean by "second letter from AIT".......We received one email from NVC which gave us the date/time of my wife's interview, instructions for scheduling the medical, and a list of documents to carry to AIT for the interview.  Have you gotten that email?

This should works.

 

From what I saw from others, you first received an interview letter from NVC stating the interview date, and then AIT will email you a instruction letter(second interview letter) telling you what to bring and instruction to register your delivery address. This "second interview letter" is what I'm waiting for now.

I just found the second letter from AIT.   Sorry....I didn't remember it.........because I received it after I re-scheduled my wife's interview date........but I received the 2nd letter 10 days after the initial letter interview date letter from NVC.  But you are correct.  It gives 2 lists.......one in English and one in Chinese.......make sure you place those items in the order listed.......

The letter I received from NVC did not include this checklist for some reasons, only the interview date.

Because you were correct.  The list I posted came in an email directly from  <VisaIV-AIT@state.gov>

 

Just below the list, it says "Before your appearance at AIT, please visit www.ustraveldocs.com/tw to register for your document delivery.  Your appointment will be cancelled if you do not complete the registration for your document delivery.  This letter must be presented upon your arrival at this office on the appointment date. "

Do you mind sharing how many days it took from NVC interview letter to the day you received the letter from VisaIV-AIT@state.gov?
