After Initial I-130 Approval will USCIS combine my spouse and his minor kids together for processing at NVC?

I just got my receipt number from the Potomac service center (Priority date 6/10/19). I filed Ir1 for my spouse and I also filed 2 separate I-130's for my stepchildren. Is Potomac service center still moving pretty quick for noa2? Will they combine my spouse with his two minor kids being they are all on separate petitions? I'm hoping that everyone will be approved at the same time so that we can complete each additional step at NVC together instead of having everyone's cases all over the place. My spouse and step children still reside out of the country in Jamaica.

They may or may not be approved at the same time. They should be matched up at NVC once all petitions are approved, then you can process them together at the same time there.

They will all be processed together even though you submitted separate I-130's, if they were all included.  The form part 17 ask to list spouse and all children of your relative. The form part ask if separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship. This allows USCIS to connect the petitions together. They will each get there own case number but all will fall under you,  the petitioner.
