We're planing to apply K1 visa on July. But I wanna go to visit my fiance on  Aug for 2 weeks, is there any problem to entry with B2 visa this time?

I went to US for 2 times this year but for B1 purpose. First time was 10 days, and second time was 4 weeks. And it was truly for business purpose. I didn't lie. But only the second time I stopped by his place for 2 days because his birthday. How can I answer if they asked me why I didn't mentioned him on last visit?

If they ask me the purpose this time, I wanna initiative tell them the true   " travel and visit my fiance", is that good?

Some people said don't say too much until they ask, I'm so worried. But I wanna tell them the true. And I definitely will come back to my home country to get the K1 visa. How can I proof it?

Thank you!

Yes, answer honestly that you will visit your fiance. That in itself should not have to cause issues. Make sure that you bring plenty of proof for your ties to your home country (job, house etc.) so they will know that you will not stay in The States.

If you are filing in July and you already have the NOA1 when you travel in August, bring that with you so you can show that you are doing your Immigration the legal way and will not cut any corners.

First of all, i'd advise you to read all the pinned topic in K-1 forum. One specifically says "Yes, You can visit!" read that first.

Secondly, don't volunteer any information when it's not asked. Answer only questions, that are asked by CBP.

Thirdly, if you were here for business and primarily did business, but stopped by him for birthday, that didn't shift your primary reason of entering US, which was business. You didn't do business 24/7, did you? You went to eat somewhere, probably sightseeing as well. That's expected, and not out of ordinary.

As i said, don't say unless asked. And regardless, you're good as you were here to do business, and just swung by.

Thank you so much!

And my fiance's attorney said the same thing ' Don't say unless asked'......

Now I'm checking all information on that topic ' Yes, You can visit'
