Have you checked if your Embassy allows you to have people  with you? Not all allow you to, AMS for instance does not allow anybody else (except for translator) in the interview.

If your fiance and baby are allowed to join you, make sure that you can completely focus on the interview. We had a thread here a week ago or so where children in the room were considered as the cause of the beneficiary to get distracted (this was not a K1 interview, but it did not go well..)

Good luck! Very exciting, you are almost there! 👍🏻

Many consulates won't allow any more than the beneficiary to attend, often due to space issues, but also in high fraud areas they prefer to do one on one interviews.  Check the website of the consulate you will interview, it should say who is allowed to attend the interview in the checklist.

However, you can always wait outside the exit, some even have a waiting room.  Consular officers like to hear the spouse is nearby waiting.

Yes I have, as stated just depends on what country it is in.  Pretty interesting to watch all the Fiance and Spousal and tourist visa being conducted, It eaves dropped on about 20 of them last time I was in the US Embassy in Manila.

Philippines Embassy is very accommodating to US Citizens, they will let you store your electronics which they don't allow for non citizens, also the Embassy is outstanding dealing with Social Security Issues and benefits for US Citizens.
