It's been 2 months since I got NOA2 but I'm still waiting my case number, I called NVC and told to send NOA2 to NVCresearch and I got an email from them telling me that  I don't have to do anything they are going to contact USCIS. Anybody knows when I can expect a response from them? are they going to give me a case number? what Can I expect?

What does your status on USCIS say? I received my approval for my eb3 visa on May 10th the status did not update to "Case sent to NVC" until July 3rd. So there is a good chance that if your status hasnt been updated to sent to NVC that it is still at USCIS. The have 90 days from the approval to send to NVC

Mine says Approved. The letter said it was being sent to the NVC. I called NVC who told me that if they haven't received the case in 8 weeks, you need to reach out to NVCResearch so they can track down the petition. NVC should at least have the petition on hand, not necessarily entered in the system, 3-8 weeks after approval date.

The I130 was approved at our local field office (NOT a service center) and I miraculously was able to schedule an InfoPass online for next week to ask why they still haven't sent the petition. Starting Aug 2019 the office will disable online scheduling.

The letter I received on May 10th also stated that they had sent it to the NVC but the status on the website did not update until July 3rd to "Case sent to NVC". I would say you probably have to calculate up to 6 weeks from when the status actually says sent to NVC.

Although your form might say that USCIS has sent the case to NVC in reality they have up to 90 days to do so
