We filed for our AOS on May 31. Until now, it’s been 12 days we haven’t received any response or the payment has not been taken off our account. Should I be worried?

No. 2-3 weeks is normal, even up to 30 days.

it's normal, some people have been facing longer wait times than others. It would be helpful for you to follow the May or June AOS thread (or both like I do since I'm a late May filer) to keep yourself updated on other current experiences.

Thank you☺️ I just started getting worried as the days past, everytime I check my account, I see the check hasn’t been cashed yet. I was worried it got lost or something. But on the tracking of the packet it says delivered.

No worries for peace of mind you can always call, but I doubt they will have any info if they haven't even cashed the check.

after three weeks when they received our documents USCIS  told us that our case isn’t  in the system yet , and after one month later we received noa1

i would like to know if i file form I-765 with my adjustment of status application(form I-485). do i still have to pay the file fee for form I-765 as well? or will the file fee for form I-485 cover both forms?

No additional fee, same for the i131

How long before they cashed the check or took out the payment? I’m getting really worried. I’m getting ready to send out another packet for his AOS.

I have no idea, we sent money order, it was our mistake, because you can’t tracking money order

It’s been almost 3 weeks and they have not cashed the check yet. I’m getting worried if they received our packet or not. I’m getting ready to send another packet😔 we got married in April, but his visa expires on the 30th that’s why I’m worried

No no no, do not send another packet, give them 4 weeks, then call, we were in the same boat, received  NOA2 in the mail after almost a month
