Hello,

we are planning on sending my ROC application around July 20th.

This is what we're planning on sending after we have added a few more things:

G-1145 e-Notification of Application/ Petition Acceptance
• G-1450 Authorization for Credit Card Transactions in the amount of $340.00
• G-1450 Authorization for Credit Card Transactions in the amount of $340.00
• Completed an signed form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence
• Copies of the Passport and Green Card ( front and back) of Rebecca L.
• Copy of the tax transcripts and W2's for 2017 and 2018
• Copy of our apartment rental contract in both of our names
• Copies of our GA driver's licenses showing the same address
• Copies of bank statements showing a joint savings account
• Copy of our debit cards and bank statements showing a joint checking account
• Copy of our American Express Delta Gold Credit cards
• Copies of our life insurances showing that we are each other's beneficiary
• Copy of dental and vision plan showing Rebecca Ludwig as a dependent
• Copies of the car insurances showing that Christopher and Rebecca L. are authorized users
• Email from Gas South showing that Rebecca L. as an authorized user
• Copy of Xfinity email showing Rebecca L. as an authorized user
• Copy of cell phone provider statement showing a joint account
• Copy of Atlanta Track Club dual membership registration
• Copy of our LA Fitness membership
• Pictures of our wedding ceremony on May 20th 2017
• Pictures of us at family events with family members
• Copies of travel itineraries

Bank statements are quarterly but we also requested to have an officially written statement from the bank when I got added to the checking account and how much we have in it. Would you recommend sending statements from every month?

Do we have to add our marriage certificate again?

Do I have to explain why I don't have a 401K or why we have separate health insurance?

I sent all bank statements, as it appeared some people who sent quarterly statements were being asked to provide all.

I also added a copy of the marriage certificate.  While I know they have it, it may make it a little easier for the adjudicator.

For any items you feel you may be deficient in, use the cover letter as an opportunity to explain.  For example, we explained why our car insurance was separate for a long time.

Overall though, looks like you have some pretty solid evidence :)

Happy filing!
