I have no question for this, but I am wondering, why he would not want to support her with her papers now that they are married!?

Maybe give us some more information, but to me it sounds very strange.

Coz he said that's not his responsibility anymore,he abused her mentaly using verbal words..Look she used to be a teacher for 16 years in the Philippines, pretty, slender ,professional and has a good heart and why he treats her like that?. He took everything from her,her job, freedom ,peace of mind and happiness. She doesn't understand his attitude. This is really strange!...

Your friend needs to go to a battered women's shelter. There's hardly anything else I can think about. If what you're saying is true, this husband sounds like a typical abuser who married a foreigner and refused to file any paperwork, because he thinks it makes it easier to manipulate his foreign spouse. Your friend needs to get out, and leave this nutcase for good. If she's interested in staying in the U.S., she may very well have a shot at it if she can prove abuse. There are people at her local shelter who may be able to help.
