How to reschedule interview?

I am a US citizen who applied for my mom's I-130 petition. Everything was approved and she was scheduled to attend her interview at the embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan on May 28. However, due to a delay in her medical exam, she was unable to attend it and needs to reschedule. Can someone who has done this through the embassy in Islamabad tell me how to reschedule her interview? I looked at the website https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ but can't seem to figure out how to do it. They don't have any options for parents of US citizens in the immigrant visa section...

Thanks for your help!

So she neither showed up for the interview nor informed the embassy about it.

Emailing the embassy itself is the best start.

No, the embassy told her not to come because her medical results were delayed. Now they are telling her to reschedule. But the website doesn't have the option to do that as a parent of a US citizen. It just mentions K visas for fiance and marriage based applications and their children.

It will have a section for IV based applicants under immigrant visa appointment something like that.

For IV based applicants, all it lets me do is enter the info for the document delivery (i.e. the passport when it is ready to be picked up). I am not able to schedule an interview using that option.

Then emailing the embassy is the only option perhaps. It was the same case for my wife’s interview in Nepal. I wanted to reschedule her interview for some other reasons, there was no option in cgifederal... site. So i emailed the embassy asking for the rescheduling and few days later they emailed me with the new interview date.
