Scheduling Interview glitch?

 Share

The shipment of cases arrived today in Manila and our case shows as ready but now the calendar says there are no appointments available. Is this really true? There were over 90 slots available for May 30th earlier today and slots open for each Thursday in June, except June 6th was full already, and the first three Thursdays in July. Is it really possible that 300 slots were filled up in a matter of hours?

There’s a glitch. Just refresh the page and it will fix itself. I just booked a June 6th interview.

Now the site won't let me log in. I'm hearing that others are having the same problem.

You can get to the website but it won't accept your password?

Correct. Last night it suddenly stopped using the password. I tried resetting the password using the site's password retrieval system and even those don't work. My fiance's friend also can't get into it and said that others are not able to log in too with the same issue. Are you able to log in?

I don't try to create an account to login, and my wife's old login is .. well ... old and I am sure gone

Don't know if I would switch over to the "new account" or wait for the glitch to clear ..

To schedule a visa interview or enter your visa delivery address, you will need to register and create a profile online. If you already have a profile, please do not create a new one. You can always modify your existing profile by logging in using your user ID and password. If you have lost your password, please simply retrieve it by clicking  Forgot Your Password? If you are a first time user, click New User? to create your profile.

I chose the option to relink to the ds160 to the new account and it said someone will review it for approval.

Just an FYI ..  your account does not need to link to the DS-160 ..  You are setting things up under Immigrant Visa

I did that and you get to a point where it asks you to upload the DS160 receipt that they send you in your email. After I attached that and sent it then the site said that they would review everything before they activate the account for scheduling.

Correction, I just realized that they are asking for a pic of my fiance's passport. It does mention using the DS160 confirmation number when doing the scheduling.

Are you setting up the acct in the Immigrant Visa Unit or Non-Immigrant Visa Unit ?   Asking for the DS-160 confirmation number is making me wonder

I'm setting up under the immigrant visa because if you select non-immigrant then it gives a warning message saying that if filing a fiance visa to re-select the immigrant option.

They must changing things on the profile/dashboard if it is asking for DS-160 info .. maybe they are going to make it so you need the DS-160 completed before scheduling, it has been like that with the non-immigrant visa for some time now.

Thanks
