Rescheduled biometrics appointment

Has anyone in the GA area rescheduled a biometrics appointment? If so, what was the process. The office does not allow walk-ins or infopass appointments. We have not heard back in over a month. Please help. Thanks.

Even though most offices say they do not accept walk ins, I would still try to go earlier than scheduled and try to get your biometrics done, you have nothing to lose, especially since you havent been able to speak with anybody yet.

Good luck

The appointment was scheduled for March 27, 2019. My husband was not in the country at the time. We sent the notice requesting to reschedule. I have copies. I wonder if he still try a walk-in.

It seems that your AOS is abandoned and you will have to refile everything and pay again because once you fill for AOS you can not leave the US until your AP is approved and AP/EAD are approved after doing biometrics.

Can you please give your timeline and from what type of visa your spouse adjusted from to better assist you??

Update: Just got off the phone with USCIS. The Tier 1stated an agent would need to reschedule but they are not showing that a biometrics was ever scheduled. I am so glad I make copies of everything that is sent to/from them. The rescheduling agent is a Tier 2 but they are only available until 3:00 PM eastern standard time. We will call again to get it rescheduled.
