What documents have people included for a K2 interview?  Hes 4.

Go through the same list that is used for the k1 and submit the ones that apply.  Most likely the BC, medical results and passport style photos,

Sounds about right. I believe that I also included an I-134, but no supporting documents, referenced the supporting documents that I had included with the mother's K1 visa app. Consider obtaining a notarized statement from the K2's father, agreeing to the child's immigration to the US. 

 

My wife had sole custody of her son, but it was still a good idea to obtain the notarized statement from her ex-husband. The US government would likely deny the K2 visa rather than get entangled in a potential international custody battle.

Father has no legal ties to the child.  Luckily.  No father on birth certificate.
