Passport style photographs

Hi, I’m mailing my petition tomorrow but have a quick question before I send it off.

Should I write the names of my partner and I on the back of our respective photographs? Or should I leave them blank? The I-129F instructions say to write the names in pencil on the back but I just want to double check with those who have gone through this process already.

Also, I read elsewhere that I need to include a copy of the beneficiary’s passport. Is this correct? I can’t find anything about it on the official website.

Thank you!

Follow the instructions,   write the names

If the instructions say include a copy of the passport then do.  (HINT: it doesn't)

YMMV

Thank you! Any idea what the best way to attach the photos would be? I have paperclips but I’m a little worried about them damaging the photos.

Put in a clear plastic bag

And staple the bag to a sheet of paper
