Hello everyone, just wanna ask if in Manila Embassy they needed the Noa 1 and Noa 2 as the primarily requirements for the interview because today my fiancee just sent me all the documents that I needed from him but he forgot to include the Noa 1 and Noa 2. So I'm asking base on your experience did they find it because we don't want to waste money to pay for FEDEX just for only 2 paper if it's not really required. I'm just worried because as I watched in YouTube that paper is always included. Thank you in advance to those who will answer. God bless you!

Absolutely not.  Go to the Manila website and look at step 5.  Those are the required documents.

If you really want those two papers then have your fiancée scan and email them to you. That way you can print them out in order to keep with you. But overall you only need the paper showing the MNL#.
