Alright! The check was cashed, I have a picture of the canceled check (do i need to call the bank to have them send me the original?) and I am now just waiting for the NOA1 I guess. (Will they inform me via both mail and e-mail since they addd the email field at the bottom of the newer application?)

Is there a specific deffinition of what Notice of Action 1 is, and what Notice of Action 2 is?

Receipt NOA should be in the mail!

You should get the NOA1 snail mail usually in one or two weeks if not sooner. Not sure of the email part now. Your NOA1 will have your visa information on it and shows they got the payment. NOA2 is your actual approval. Good luck.

congrats. u basicly got the noa1 if ur check was cashed without the formal NOA1 number yet. I think you have to wait for the NOA1 to come into the mail before you can get info online as you need to enter your number so they know which petition is yours to tell you about. Mine came from vermont within a week of when the petition date was assigned.

Cool! We are very excited about this. I hope it gets put through in just a mater of weeks. I really worked hard to make everything easy to navigate, and made sure it had a lot of information in it they can use for evidence.

I sent the package on March 17th. The VSC got it on March 20th. But they havent cashed the check yet. Im wondering why they havent. Im hoping they will do it by next week. If they dont should I call them?
