I’m divorced.. I’m paying child support however, his mother claims him on her yearly tax.

do I need to include him as “partially support him” as a dependent?

All minor children regardless of where the reside are included as dependents on the affidavit

YMMV

Visa approved. 2-3 mins interview.. only docs that were asked was birth cert/cenomar.

Everyone sweats this stuff. My fiance turned to me after her interview and said, "That's it? )))) After all the worrying and gnashing of teeth most of the interviews ar short and sweet in Manila as long as you have your ducks partially in a row))

Finally done...

My wife's interview was fun actually.  The pre-screener chatted with me mostly after gathering the documents.   The CO for the interview chatted with me more that my wife also .. then forgot to give my wife the oath, had to call her back up to the window ..

Took over 2 weeks after the interview (not ISSUED status) before we saw the visa .. mostly because 2GO had closed down the office we had arranged for pickup, some phone calls back and forth with 2GO and they eventually delivered the package

Yep. They didn’t even asked for affidavit of support.
