I-751 Attached Addendums - What are these used for and where to find out how to make one?

The I-751 evidence is supported with photos.  Is it recommended that a list of the photos with a brief explanation of each photo and a date or approximate date be included?  Any explanation of how to present and organize the photos, explain the photos would be very valuable.  Thanks greatly in advance for you replies.

Does the term Addendum simply refer to the photos and evidence which is included with the completed I-751?

You can use a ms word document, paste a picture and write dates, explanations and whatever else you need right after

 

I wouldn’t worry too much about pictures but about proof of living together and commingling finances

I simply printed the 4 or 5 photos I sent on plain paper and placed a caption below it such as "Gerald and Liyaa in Las Vegas for Valentine Day trip February 2019"

 

I never used the word "Addendum" on my cover sheet.
