My husband had a interview in Juarez in May 2018. They said he needed a I-601 waiver. They received the waiver 6/12/2018 and he was just approved 4/10/2019. Now what Is next? I would like to hear other people’s experience and the steps you have to do. I was reading about it and a lot of videos say it goes pretty fast after the approval. We started all of this stuff on 6/07/2017.

Hi I got my interview in may of 2018 in Juarez and they told me I needed a I-601 waiver too and they received on June 20th of 2018 God willing hopefully I hear good news soon ...may I ask why was the reason of your husband's waiver? Mine was because I took my daughter with me when I immigrated to USA.

My lawyer said I guess when the waiver has been approved we have to go back to Juarez again

So I know this post is 3 years old but I was wondering what all happened. My husband had a visa interview on April 8, 2018. They asked for a i-601 waiver. USCIS recieved it June 12, 2018. April 19, 2019 we recieved the approval letter. Today April 25, 2019 we updated the DS 260. Now what? I am so tired of waiting. He has been in Mexico for 5 years.

Congrats! So it took 10 month before your husband's i601 waiver got approved. May i know what grounds of inadmissibility does your husband triggered? My husband was denied a visa too and I am processing his i601 waiver now. Thank you
