From CEAC ready to receipt of P3

Hi! I'm sure it's been asked here on VJ but cant seem to find it. Anyway, how long does it take to receive the P3 in the mail from the time the status on CEAC changes to "Ready"? Or does the USE usually send it by email? My case was set to ready on April 9th. Thanks for any help and info! :)

They send you packet 3 in about a week. Packet 4 comes as an email

For us Packet 3 never arrived. Must've gone missing in the mail. We just went ahead and sent in the info and then got notification of the interview date/time.

Is that so? Ok, then by the time I get my TH police clearance and still no P3, I'll also go ahead by sending my papers. Thanks! 😊

Yes. We went ahead and got the Police Report with Noa 2 so we wouldn't be held up later now that getting the police certificate takes so long. Of course you can ask your fiance to enquire about express service for the police certificate. Getting the interview appt after filing P3 is really fast. Oh and get the medical exam as soon as possible so any surprises can be dealt with quickly and not delay your interview.

I've already applied for the police clearance and just waiting for it to arrive after songkran. No need for the "express" service 😁 Yes, planning to do the medical a week before the interview as I've already consulted with another hospital about the vaccines I need, and working on them now. Also waiting for the 2018 IRS as we only have 2017, however I am thinking of submitting this first and maybe 2018 will be to follow? What do you think? Thanks!

I think I read somewhere that you can file what you have and any missing docs can be submitted when you have the interview.
