Filling 102 together with AOS

Hello I am helping my cousin with her AOS package who entered with a non immigrant visa B2  in 2004. She got married a year ago to a USC. The problem I have is that I cannot find the copy of I-94. My question is can I send the whole  package (I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-102) together? She lives in California.

You can file the I-102 concurrently with your AoS, but would need to include the $445 filing fee for the I-102 on top of your AoS fees.

If she is married and living with her husband then she CANNOT submit the AOS without the l94.Tell her to get a copy online of her l94 (CBP website).

OP entered in 2004, but I-94s only switched to electronic in 2013, so they cannot retrieve their I-94 online.

 

The I-102 instructions state that it can be filed concurrently with other applications:
