  • It is possible that you have another case pending
  • It is possible that you are not qualified for K1 visa but spousal visa.

Wait for the letter to know about the reason of termination.

Without any background information on your case it's impossible to know. You will receive something in the mail soon that will explain it. 

 

Based on your post history it looks like your K-1 was denied because you could not satisfy the requirement of having met in person during the 2 years prior to filing. Denied K-1s are returned to USCIS to die.

yes. exactly that is what happened to us. now my fiancé gave me the visit and returned to send the application k1 this April 2 fulfilling the two years immediately. If the previous case is already canceled, will there be any problem starting a new one?
