Never received green card

Hello, I was approved for my I-130 on October 31 2018 and paid my fee's and entered the US on Nov 3rd. 

I never received my permanent residency card in the mail after the 120 day's (address online is correct and never changed). Submitted a inquiry begining of march which was forwarded on the 6th to the Texas visa center. 

 

It's been about a month and I haven't heard anything wondering if anyone else has has his issue or knew how long it would take to be resolved.

texas service center has some kind of issue . there are many of us with digital visa packet that never received green card . waiting since september

That really stinks but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Have they sent you any verification that they received your case?

Contact one of  your senators and request assistance   ., after you complete some simple paperwork for them , they will enquire on your behalf. Seems to often get things moving
