i filed i-751 last nov 2017 i got rfe march 2019 do i still need to give my 2018 tax return document or just 2017  tax return documents only?

If you have already completed your 2018 return, then send it.  If not, send what you have.  2018 taxes are not due for another 10 days.

I have 2018 tax transcript already but it was married filed separately. I’m getting worry to include it. do you think i just send 2016-2017 tax return? coz anyway i filed it november 2017?

You can send both and explain to them why you filled separately 2018, otherwise i would send only the 2016 and 2017.
