Getting a medical exam

Timeline

I'm still in process of getting my NOA2 approval, but after that my fiance will have to get a medical exam.  She currently lives in Bueng Kan province.  Are there approved facilities near her to get an approved medical exam to take with her to her interview?

There are only three facilities that do the medical. Two are in Bangkok one in Chaing mai
