Police clearance from Saudi Arabia

I'm new here guys, i would like to ask if anyone here knew about police clearance from Saudi Arabia required in K1 requirements? I was working  as medical laboratory technologist in Saudi Arabia for 3 years ago , I have my Good standing from Health ministry and certificate of employment from the Hospital..do I still need police clearance from Saudi? Anyone here knew how to get police clearance in Saudi Arabia ? I'm almost 3 years here now in the Philippines and still practicing my profession and waiting for my NOA2. Thank you very much guys, your advice and information is highly appreciated..

For Saudi Arabia a person must be a resident ... so not available if in the Philippines.  Embassy will waive this requirement
