Hi everyone! I have a question regarding CFO and PDOS.

 

I've had my cfo certificate already since 2015 but unfortunately my visa was refused in that same yr.  Do I need to get an updated cfo and attend the pdos?

If you have your certificate already, you are good to go, once you get your visa in your passport you need only to get the sticker from CFO

 

 

BTW -   K-1 attend GCP not PDOS

And also,  I did not see any immigrant data summary sheet in my visa packet. What to do? I'm really getting anxious about it..

you are a k1 right? i dont think Data summary sheet is for k1 what i know is that only CR1 visa applicant have those.

You can get the sticker at any of the 4 CFO locations.   

 

As for your daughter, she is over 12 years so must attend PDOS once she has her passport with visa.  She would complete PEER consoling

Adults:  Those 60 and above need only register to get the sticker.

Derivatives:  Children above 12 years of age must attend PDOS, those younger only need to be registered to get the sticker.  

Ages 13-19 will attend PDOS Peer Consoling.

You are K-1 they do NOT have an immigrant data sheet .. it states this on the CFO website
