SENDING OFF ROC - what am I missing y'all?

Hey.

This is what I have. Mostly worried about evidence -- are we missing anything? Neither of us have health insurance, life insurance, wills etc.

Table of contents

CHECK

ROC FORM I-751

Scan of wedding certificate

Scan of greencard (front and back)

Cards and letters dated from marriage to present day - Christmas cards etc from relatives

Photos of us together with husband’s mom, friends

Lease for three properties we have lived in with both names on, covering span of marriage

Car registration in both names

Car title in both names

Utility bills for Google Fiber, Carecredit, Gas in husbands’ name - spanning duration of marriage

Utility bills for water and electricity in my name (same address) - spanning duration of marriage

Ashley homestore credit card scans (we each have one) + scans of our monthly statement showing it is used

Scans of our joint account - from info when we opened it, to present day, month by month with info about money in and out (including rent)

IRS transcripts

Car insurance in both our names - from each address we have lived at

Home insurance in both our names (just a scan of first page with both names and policy number)

Vet bills with both our names on for our dogs from 2017 and 2018

Vet folder with all three of our dogs registered with both our names on

Does this look complete -- am I missing anything? Anything I need to double or triple check before we mail this thing?

The only kind of thing I can think of (if you have them) would be the kind of things which show each other as beneficiaries. Life Insurance, 401k, medical proxy forms.

Also if you're on each others medical insurance that might be worth including. You mention IRS transcripts, does that include W2s?

Seems like you have a decent stack of papers anyway! We have to file ours in a few days time. Good luck!

We sadly don't have medical insurance or 401ks in our jobs so cannot include.

We can send W2s.

W2's are not needed if you have the official IRS transcripts.

Seems you can verify living together through leases, but copies of driver's licenses with the same address wouldn't hurt.

No need to send your marriage certificate again.
