Hello

I may have missed it but I didnt see copy of the beneficiary/applicant birth certificate along with English translation?

Please make sure it is included.

Everything else seems fine. If you have joint bills or even individual bills showing the same address that will be good along with a lease with both names if applicable and joint bank account if you have 1 already.

Good luck

Looks fine. But what’s in the “evidence of bona fide marriage”?

Do I need to write in all I’ve included as my proof? I have a Comcast bill, life insurance, health insurance, pics. No lease. I’m a homeowner. We’ve only been married 1 month. Never lived together. We have a lot of photos. Even a ticket from the Steve Harvey show lol

The birth certificate must be part of the I-485 package or else you will get a RFIE, check page 8-9 of the I-485 instructions, it gives you a list of the basic things to include, you can find the instructions here: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485
