Our 129F petition was recently approved and I just received the notice in the mail. I didn't work (enough) the last 4 years therefore I am using my father as a co-sponsor, however I am really confused on what forms, how many to fill out, when to send them....

Do I only fill out an I-134 right now and send it to my fiance?

Do I only fill out an I-864 and send it to my fiance? Do I fill out two I-864's (one in my name and one in my dads)?

Do I fill out both I-134 and I-864 forms?

Do I fill out 1 now and the other later?

lol, obviously I'm lost.

I appreciate any advice.

Assuming that you're filing for a K-1 (fiance visa), you need to fill out the I-134 and your co-sponsor needs to fill out a separate I-134 as well. You and your co-sponsor are also going to need to separately collect the evidence that is required with the I-134. (Pay stubs, proof of employment, etc.)

we met: 07-22-01

engaged: 08-03-06

I-129 sent: 01-07-07

NOA2 approved: 04-02-07

packet 3 sent: 05-31-07

interview date: 06-25-07 - approved!

marriage: 07-23-07

AOS sent: 08-10-07

AOS/EAD/AP NOA1: 09-14-07

AOS approved: 11-19-07

green card received: 11-26-07

lifting of conditions filed: 10-29-09

NOA received: 11-09-09

lifting of conditions approved: 12-11-09

I-134 is used for the interview. Thats what you need to fill out now. You may need to do one as well (even if you use a co-sponsor) as your co-sponsor. Send the documents to your fiancee to be used at her interview.

I-864 is used when your fiance files for AOS after you are married.

You might find that by the time the I-864 (a legally binding document) is filed, that you will have worked enough to qualify to as the sole sponsor. This would relieve your father of the binding obligation. You'll want to carefully examine your circumstances at the time you file AOS.
