How long it took to get you expedite approved? Sent mine March 4th got email today that its in review

It took about 4 days I think. But it's amazing I just got a call earlier today from the consulate asking what date I wanted my interview! I wish you the best and hope yours gets approved!

I apologise to everyone for taking so long to reply. Each case is different, and in my case I used a medical reason which I'd like to keep to myself.

When contacting NVC about expedite, include:

•Your case number

•Names of petitioner and applicant

•Birthdates

•Timeline of events (I'm not sure if that's requiered but I added it)

•Reason for expedite (It can be any hardship. I will include a link at the bottom for anyone to use as a guide.

•Please, I cannot stress this enough,

Make the email as profesional and understandable as possible! Think ahead of what they're reply will be. If you think they'll need ask for evidence of your hardship, send it with the email.

•Be as polite as possible, we are at the person reviewing the emails mercy to get expedited or not.

This is the guide I used and really hope it helps all of you out. There's nothing to lose by trying.

P.s

We'll be having our interview this next Friday!

Yup! CDJ will send you a email saying that they have recieved your case. I recieved the email in the morning and got a call in the afternoon. It's Very quick! I believe the email says in can be sevarl weeks before a interview is scheduled but for me the whole month of March was available for appointment.

do you get your appointment letter on time before leaving to mexico for appointment? also do you have to wait to have "case complete" before attempting to expedite your case? and what did you use to expedite your case if you dont mind me asking. i would like to expedite mine
