I applied for AOS on october 2018, it seems I only sent a i864 for my joint sponsor, but not my wife, I got a letter that says that I need to submit extra information.

 

It says that I need a i864 for the petitioner/sponsor, who is the petitioner/sponsor? are both my wife? Do I have to fill an i864 despite being the k1 inmigrant and not having US taxes?

Your wife as the US citizen is the petitioner and primary sponsor, even if her income is $0. She needs to complete an I-864, as your RFE indicates.
