I think someone deleted my post in Visa journey, so I wasn't able to respond to you. But none of my information (nor the visa) states anything about my new address. So should I proceed as if I still live at that address?

Its only an hour away from me.

Ya, it appears the mods deleted it .. not sure why.  I answered your question in your other "new" posting.

Hello, just wanted to ask what this means eaxactly? I saw it on the link you psted

It states;  21-25 years old for advice and 18-21 years old for consent. (Some have noted that they were not asked for this, yet others have been asked, so be prepared) Bring the ID of the parents, plus copies, postal ID should be adequate.

An attorney in your area should have this form, being they will also have to notarize it for you.

also will i have a problem cause my ticket was booked by my fiance’s mom since they offered to pay for my flight

I answered it in your other post. Just be confident and you will be fine.

That refers to CFO only (has nothing to do with the embassy).   That is from the Family Code of the Philippines regarding marriage.

Sometimes CFO asks for a consent or advice letter from the parents  ... sort of depends on their mood at CFO.   If you have completed the GCP seminar already then you are good to go.

It is not on the required list with CFO, but there is the "other documents" clause that CFO uses when they are in the mood, which is why it is listed in the CFO guide

I personally would suggest to be confident and self-assured when answering questions during the one on one interview ... most breeze through the seminar with few issues.
