Sadly my Tagalog sucks ... but I will take a run at it.

You are an OFW in Taiwan, your fiance is a USC and wants to file the I-129F Fiancee visa petition for you.  Your contract has one more year and will be completed by February 2020 ... is that pretty close?

You have two options regarding where you complete your visa interview once the I-129F petition has been approved;  1) you can complete the interview at the U.S. embassy in Taiwan, as you will be getting close to when your contract will be completed.  2) You can wait for your contract to be completed then return to the Philippines and complete your visa application at the U.S. embassy in Manila.

The petition process and NVC can take 8-10 months once the petition has been filed with USCIS.   You can take up to a year after everything with the petition has been approved (USCIS & NVC) to complete the visa interview.

Where you decide to complete the interview will alter what home address you (beneficiary) would use for the I-129F.

As for an attorney .. outside assistance isn't really needed for any of this process, even USCIS and the Embassy state this.
