after your interview it might change to AP, since you are a k1 the ceac will change from immigrant visa to non immigrant visa ceac will go to AP, and then issued.

I wasn’t talking about the ceac site I was talking about the appointment booking site in the thread title

I know nothing about that site, frankly I would only be concerned with CEAC as that is the official site to check the status of a visa.

I’m aware of that just wondered if it changes status for the courier etc

Somebody just recently checked to see if it changed after the visa was issued. I can't remember who it was, but it showed their courier information that was sent by email (I think).
