Hi guys,

 

I have the following questions:

 

1-"I-134 Affidavit of Support form (with petitioner’s original signature) along with a copy of the petitioner’s most recent tax return":

Does this mean that I give him my copy of the completed taxes, the ones given to me by the preparer?

 

2-DS Form: Does the picture for the application have to be professional from a Passport place?

Give them a copy of your completed taxes. This is what I am going to do.  The picture is a passport photo right? You should be able to get that in their location.

for  Morocco  Tax transcripts from  IRS /free if you walk into IRS office with SS card and ID 

there is a fee to order online

and Nigeria ,since high fraud as Morocco,  you need originals from IRS  or certified copies also/ not just your copy
