Hello! Everyone the calendar is open now and I just got my date for interview April 15. I want ask what I can do to move this date closer considering the fact that my I-129f form expires on April 13th. What can I do?

What do you mean with your I-129F expires? Do you mean that your NOA2 expires on April 13th? In that case you can just email the consulate/embassy where you're having your interview to inform them so they can extend it

Yes that's what I mean. I just wanted to know whether they can move the date closer instead of extending it

Idk if it works the same in Nigeria as in the Netherlands, so I think your best try is to type this in the search field on the top of the page. Prob other people had this question and got this answered for Nigeria.

The expiration date in this particular instance is a non-issue; since an interview has not taken place, the Consulate has the ability to simply revalidate the petition which no action on your part being needed. This is a routine occurrence that happens at all Embassies and Consulates.

Does that mean we don't need to write them but rather it is automatic? We wrote the embassy but are yet to get a specific response
