Pre I-129F Filing Questions

Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of getting together everything for the I-129F initial filing. I have two questions.

1. Should the petitioner and beneficiary Mothers names be their maiden name or their current legal name.

2. Has anyone received an RFE for not including the I-134 affidavit of support form for the initial filing? Someone had communicated to my fiance that it was requested for their initial I-129F approval, but I cannot find any evidence of a similar situation here.  My understanding is that this is not required until later.

Thanks in Advance

1. The current name, it would maybe ask for the maiden name in another.

2. Don't have to fill out I-134 now, it's for after getting NOA 2.
