Obtaining police certificate from Jordan

Gathering the papers

Next on the list is a Police certificate from Jordan, sent to the Philippines. Does anyone have ideas how to acquire  this document?

We emailed them the question and it Sounds like a 4 month wait and for some reason it comes from Tokyo.

Biggest question I have is the self addressed  envelope   They only use EMS or DLH delivery services. My fiancé doesn’t live close to any of these offices so I think we will order a shipping label online print it out and send it to them so they can mail the papers back to us. It’s a crazy price almost $100 for a letter both ways and $100 for the document.

Now update is neither DHL or ems will sell her a shipping label. And both places advises her their expirence has been the  person requesting the certificate never received their self addressed stamped envelope back in the mail with the document

Today I’ve taken over the process and have sent an email to the embassy here in the United States for Jordan hopefully they will just tell me I can go to Washington and pick it up or it can easily be mailed to me. Somewhere I read that Jordan wasn’t even giving out police certificates so the American Embassy won’t expect to have one at my fiancé’s interview

Is anyone have any suggestions or advice for my situation thank you

**Moved from K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports to MENA regional subform; police certificates are country specific and OP might get faster answers there**

I’m reading into the requirements for K-1 visa it says mandatory police certificate required… I look at the state.gov website   Under Jordan reciprocity with the United States available forms. It says police certificate unavailable

I see a certificate of non-conviction anybody have a guess that this will work or not
