Waiting NOA2

Hello, 

 

I have been awaiting for a response back from my I-129F. I received the NOA1 with the date of July 30th from California Service Center. This website currently has it listed for the estimated processing times for NOA1 is August 13th. Do you think I should of received a response back by now? What should I do?

If its past the processing date on the USCIS website you can request an inquiry online, I would do that if I were you

I think you are misreading that... NOA 1 by August, u say u already have NOA 1 July 30 so ur good.

 

NOA 2 Im afraid u still have waiting to do... maybe Feb/March. Some folks here have waited over 1 year for NOA2, your mileage may vary.

Oops, did misread the this website part, thought (s)he was talking bout USCIS website. @exmachina you're still within processing times (USCIS website is June 30, that's the only dates you can go by), so there's nothing you can do but wait. Once the date on the USCIS website July 30 or later you can file for an inquiry (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/)
