Guys please i need your help. My case is ready at the embassy, about to pickan interview date. But the problem now is that, my wife was on contract job. Great job, well paid. But the contract just ended. She has her w2, taxes....but the affidavit of support and the employment letter left because she is not working at the moment looking for a job. What do u do please?

Your profile says you are filing for a K1 Visa, are you reffering to your wife or fiance? regarding the fact that your petitioner is currently not in employment, you will have to look for a joint sponsor.

Get a joint sponsor. Case can stay at the embassy for a year as long as you keep in touch with them.
