RFE Which Tax Return to send if I didn't yet file 2018

Hi,

 

I got a Request for Evidence to send the Tax Return for the most recent year.  I filed my AOS in late 2018, so I sent in the 2017 return.  Now they are asking for the complete Tax Form (I think I didn't send them all of the pages) submitted for the most recent year, which was 2017 return at the time.  I have not yet filed for 2018, so should I send them the 2017 with the missing pages, or do I wait until I file for last year (2018)?

Also, will she get her permit to work, even though the AOS is not approved yet?

Immediately send them your ENTIRE 2017 tax returns.

Thank you...I hope I can find them lol.  I thought that just the IRS transcripts were enough.

Assuming you filed a I-765 for EAD, yes.

We filed in August and just got EAD along with a great number of other August filers, according to the thread over in the Progress Reports forum. All right around 150-160 days (5 months). In our case we did have one RFE, so it doesn't seem that held it up any more than the others, if that's what you're driving at.
