Timeline

they said in the uscis website that we have to call them if we don’t receive anything in our case and we were waiting for the decision and today we called them and they said that they open our folder in january 8th 2019 and they said that we wait in february 

did they will send us the decision or they will have to wait more

Timeline

Your timeline shows that you filed a 130 and then later 129. I think your question pertains to your original petition (130). If that's the case, then if they said you'll hear back from them in Feb, then they will either:

 

a. let you know if they need additional info (hopefully not, since you've already had an RFE)

b. they'll tell you that your 130 has been approved and that they'll be sending your case to NVC. In which case, to my knowledge, your 129 is automatically cancelled.

c. they'll let you know that your 130 petition has been denied (hopefully not)

 

I can't think of any other scenario.
