We have completed the DS- 160 with my Fiance and have been trying to schedule his apt.

Their website's response  has been "no apts available" since January 9th.

Does anyone else have issues with Nigerian Embassy or any other embassy?

I have contacted  the embassy on every single email address that they have available.

I feel like we are stuck.

No one can give me answers.

Can someone please shed some light on this or what else we can try?

Thank you so much!

Your not stuck. Just keep checking multiple times every SINGLE day. The moment an interview date opens, you'll be amongst 50 others trying to book and they'll have 30 slots for a particular day.

just make sure you lock-in on that next available opening date.

NoA1 - September 26, 2018

NoA2 - February 4, 2019

Thanks for the response, Kingdomcome84. Is this common, do you know?

Also from the looks of this, I am guessing I will need to extend our case, which is only valid for 4 months after approval.

Is this also a common thing?

Our case was ready to schedule an interview back in November, but we kept getting the same message that there were no dates available. We were finally able to get a date scheduled for February in December. Unfortunately, Lagos is a very busy Embassy you just have to keep checking. Best of luck to you!
