between 2 and 4 weeks after you receive your noa2, you can call NVC and ask for the number (here in Brazil it is called RDJ, but in your country I do not initials) (as if it were a code) so you can fill in the another form so you can schedule your medical exams and interview. but you will have to wait for a letter to arrive at the email address or at the residence of your fiancé, so that you can print out this paper and take it on the day of the medical examinations and interview.

2 weeks to get to nvc from uscis and another week or so for nvc to assign

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]
