2Go pick up

Hello everyone! My fiancé and I chose 2go outlet in Manila to pick up her k1 visa. we just got a text message now saying it is ready for pick up. How long will they hold it there for pick up? We had assumed they would give a few days and had planned to pick it up Monday. However we hear now they may send it back if we wait that long? Has anyone waited a couple of days to pick up from 2go mall of Asia?

Maximum of 7 days is what I have read.

Thanks for the response. I had thought it was 7 days also from what I have read. Then I heard today that others have waited 7 days to find out they returned it to the embassy. So I ended up calling the 2go hotline there number is 6327799222. I share the number cause it was hard to find a working number for them. Anyway a very nice lady looked into it and made made a notation that we would pick up Monday and said It would be there Monday but to make sure to pick it up Monday. 

 

It would be helpful if someone in the know at 2go made and official policy on the wait time.

Most people don't leave their visa sitting ...
