Considering the Congress has oversight of the FBI and they also are supposed to represent the people, I am not sure it is leaking.

It was a closed door session, it wasn't a press release from the committee.  These two characters have pulled this selective leaking before.

Behind closed doors does not actually mean classified.  Btw, I seem to remember some of the Trump family testifying behind closed doors and the Dems leaked all that information.  I also remember James Comey testifying behind closed doors and then coming out with his own press conference.
