i765 without Photos

I sent my i-765 and i-131 papers without 2 photos separately i-485. It's confusing when sending all papers without i485 coz everybody sending it all together as bundle. ( i-485 papers sent Sept-2018) My concern should i have sent photos with i765-131 ? 
If i have to send it regardless with i765-131 papers i m thinking to send 1 more envelope with all 765 and 131 papers and photos in it coz i don't want to wait 3 or more weeks to they send me all papers back. 
I m not sure what to do, i need help. 
Should i send it again or not ?

Yes you should have sent photos, last I know you need 4 photos, 2 for each form.

The only thing you can do now is send in the photos, referencing the application. If you have a receipt number to include, that's great. And hope for the best. But I think the worst thing that would happen is they either reject the application (and you will know that pretty quick) and if they accept it, they might RFE for those photos.
